Halo 2 for computer and Vista.

Halo 2 originated on the xbox and was an enormous hit. But when it came out for computer, there were no big wows. Unfortunately for all you XP owners, this version of Halo for computer is only available for vista, which is not only a sad way to try and improve vista sales, but make the game run on a slow, depressing operating system. I own vista and don’t have many problems except IT”S SO DAMN SLOW! You have to have a really fast computer to enjoy the full fun of Halo 2 for computer. Yet halo 2 for computer does it’s job in being a sequel to the Halo 1 for computer. The newer weapons can be funner to play with and more vehicles basically add to the Halo online experience. But bear in mind that even though some online rooms in halo 2 may hold 16 players, but theres one hell of a lot of lag. The campaign explains the story well, but if your like me and many others, you are already tired from the flood… The main reason for this is the library level which is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Soldier Front

This game is one of my favourites. Like WarRock in many ways and urban cities make it like a free counterstrike. When you buy your gun, you have to repair it, and manage it well. You start with enough money to get you started and later on in the game while you level up, you will get money boosts and this will help you get better guns the more games you wins also improves your sp (money). You have an sp recharge bar at the bottom left corner of the screen while your waiting in a game. There are thousands of people that play this game and the downside is that if you want to make a new account, you have to use another email address than the first one. I made multiple email addresses for different accounts so that i could try out different guns. A tip is to make sure that you have enough money to repair your guns, cause when guns need repairing even when the repair bar is half full, your gun shots will be off. There are clans in soldier front to along with clan fights which are similar to team fights only they gain your clan points. The more points your clan has, the higher the rank it receives.

Sauerbraten

Yes, it’s another first person shooter and its completely free. Sauerbraten provides great speed and good selection of guns. This fps makes you run as fast as you can and your reactions as crazy as a cat with it’s tail stepped on. You are not a human and you own gold armour unless you are playing team capture the flag in which you wear blue or red armour. when you frag (kill) another opponent you get a satisfying gut spatter. there are many different maps and the graphics and speed are amazingly fast and cool. This is a jaw dropping game and is completely free! There can be up to 50 people in one room! There is also a 1 player mode! All of this you can download at the site in the Blog Roll list. Halo 1 for computer

Halo1 was first made for xbox then for computer. Although there doesn’t seem like there are any big changes, some changes make the game more worthwhile. For one you don’t have to pay for online play, unlike xbox’s xbox live and halo2 for computer’s windows live. Halo1 for computer has newer features for multiplayer play, like flamethrowers, rocket launcher warthogs and multiplayer banshee play. But the most convenient thing about halo1 for computer is (i think) that you don’t have to change your weapon to get the grenades, you just have to right click. That makes it easier and quicker to get annoying campers that just stay in a corner and shoot everybody. In halo1 for computer you have to keep moving, cause you never know if a grenade is at your feet. There is normal selection of guns (In my opinion there should be more) and vehicles. This game will keep you entertained for a while, and is only 19.99$(Canadian). If you want a nice fps with lots of game modes and action this is the camp for you! Nice and cheap and I found it was fun to play!

War Rock

Hi!

This is my first game that I write about. This is a fast paced first person shooter. If you like games like Medal of Honor or the classic Goldeneye and you are compelled to test your abilities against other fps players then this is the game for you. There are team games and free for all games. Free for all games are deathmatches and usually is “The first person that gets this amount of kills wins” so practically run as fast as you can and shoot as well as your hand-eye co-ordination can take you. You can choose to be a Medic, an Engineer, a Sniper, an Assault soldier and a Heavy soldier. I like the Medic because you can heal other people and yourself which is useful in a team capture the flag or explosion game. The team capture the flag is practically the same as sauerbatons team multiplayer. What you do is you stand by a flag and if you live past the timing to neutralize than change the flag colour to your team’s you will have captured one of the flags in that map. The object of the game is to capture all the flags on the map. In an explosion game one team will have to set a bomb and wait for it to explode without the other team de-fusing the bomb or eliminating all of your team’s players. And if the time limit runs out the other team wins. In War Rock the more games you win and the better you do in games the more experience and money you get. You use money in the game to rent weapons and if you are a premium buyer you can buy extras. IM A GAMER AND I LOVE 1ST PERSON SHOOTERS. I can tell you about certain games that I’ve played and would be glad to get game suggestions! This is my first post and i will be writing about my opinions of games, movies and more! I may be slow on replying to comments but i’ll find some time to check them out.
